Tracks will not play back and I see a triangle symbols with arrows surrounding it

Tracks I've recorded in Music Memo will not play back. When I hit the Play button a symbol pops up that is a triangle encircled by two arrows.

I'm using an iPhone 5, iOS 9.3.1
